The 2014 Witney Carnival will take place on The Leys Recreation Ground on Saturday 12th July.
The Carnival will be officially opened at 12:30pm, with the procession through the town centre starting prior to that at 11:00am.

10.00am Floats and fancy dress judging
11.00am Start of procession through town
12.30pm Official opening of Witney Carnival 2014, on the Leys
