WOAPA Singing Group will be taking part in the
104th Chipping Norton Music Festival on March 5th 2016
One of the oldest festivals of its kind, The Chipping Norton Music Festival is held during March each year in the Oxfordshire town of Chipping Norton.
The festival has been promoting music-making in the north-east Cotswolds since 1904.
Although the festival is non-competitive, artists are adjudicated by professionals. It provides performing opportunities and constructive feedback to musicians as well as giving enormous pleasure to audience and performers alike.
WOAPA's Adult Singing Group Chipping Norton performance will be on Saturday 5th March at 5.30pm in The Town Hall, Chipping Norton in the 'Open Choirs' category.
If you like to sing in a choir, but prefer a more fun, relaxed approach, then WOAPA's Adult Singing Group in Witney is for you. Formed in 2011, we provide a fun, social evening where you can meet others who like to sing and enjoy music. Our singers (now over 80 members) attend from all across West Oxfordshire, such as Burford and Brize Norton, Woodstock and Chipping Norton, as well as further afield - from Oxford, Botley, Eynsham and Kidlington.
