Congratulations to WOAPA student Emily & Alumni Maddie on recent casting
Both girls join the cast of "CHIPPY REBELS" - an audio walking tour of Chipping Norton
Written by Doc Andersen-Broomfield, Tatty Hennessy & John Terry, the cast includes: Lynn (Pride and Prejudice, Miss Potter), Becci Gemmell (Call the Midwide), Maddie Good, Gerard Horan (Detectorists, Beauty and the Beast), Anton Lesser (Qyburn in Game of Thrones) , Edward Simpson, Emily Ridgeway & Gilly Tompkins
In this brand-new walking tour of Chipping Norton, described in a series of monologues, you can discover the town's hidden true stories.

Emily Ridgway
Emily has appeared in pantomime at Chipping Norton Theatre in 'Sleeping Beauty' (2017) and again in 'Aladdin' (2018).
She made her Oxford Playhouse debut in 'Beauty & The Beast' (2019) and was looking forward to returning in 2020 for their pantomime, 'Robin Hood', which was sadly cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Emily has been a student at WOAPA, taking part in our singing, dance & drama classes, for 5 years.
Maddie Good
WOAPA alumni, Maddie, appeared as Brigitta in The Sound Of Music (New Theatre, 2013). She went on to perform in three productions at Chipping Norton Theatre: 'Jack and the Giant' (2014), Summer Panto Chaos (2015) and Robin Hood (2015).
In 2017, Maddie appeared in 'Annie' and 'The Winter's Tale'. Maddie also appeared in 'Fiddler On The Roof' and was the narrator in the docu-drama '#Rock' (2018).
Maddie was one of our original WOAPA students when we launched our singing, dance & drama classes, in 2012.
