WOAPA students' Virtual Choir sing 'Six!'
It’s very unusual to have such social isolation and WOAPA is thrilled to be able to continue to provide its students with singing resources and tuition during this current time.
Instructions were sent out to students on how to record their own part of a song and to make that part of something much larger. The results are below.
Why Six!?
The theme for our Spring term this year was 'Kings & Queens' and our students were learning various songs, script and dance routines with a royal flavour.
Six! has become an immensely popular musical among our students and we had planned to end our parents' performance at the end of term with our own version of 'Six!'
WOAPA's Virtual Choir
With our students from all three of our schools (Friday evening, Saturday morning and afternoon) already rehearsed, we challenged them to record themselves and send us their videos. We are so pleased that so many students were able to do so.
