Congratulations to Ava Pegg-Davies who has been cast as 'Louise' (a Victorian ghost) in
"Summer Solstice" - a new play by Marie-Annick Jube with UnderConstruction Theatre Company.
The first presentation of this piece will be the finale of a whole day of myth and legend at the Rollright Stones on 13th June 2015.
Inspired by the myths and legends linked to the Rollright Stones at the time of the summer solstice, the play takes the audience into the mystery of the counting of the King's Men.
With a cast of characters, both historic and modern, real and fanciful, trying to resolve the mystery; will they manage it, and what will happen when midnight strikes in the play?
'Summer Solstice' will be performed within the stone circle itself. - Gates open 2.30 pm - 'Summer Solstice' performance at about 9.15 pm when the sun sets.
