WOAPA student achieves Arts Award

Congratulations to Tanika on receiving her Bronze Arts Award while studying at WOAPA - West Oxfordshire Academy of Performing Arts in Witney, Oxfordshire.

As part of her studies, Tanika reviewed 'Horrible Christmas' at The Old Rep Theatre, Birmingham and for her 'Arts Inspiration' she interviewed and researched cast member Earl Hughes.

Tanika joins a growing list of WOAPA students who have gained an Arts Award while studying at our performing arts academy in Witney.

To date, we have a 100% pass rate!

To achieve a Bronze Arts Award, a Level 1 national qualification moderated by Trinity College London, young people take part in an arts activity they enjoy, go to an arts event, research someone they find inspirational and share their skills with others.
Bronze Arts Award is available to young people aged 11 to 25 at WOAPA in Witney.
Young people need to plan their work with an adviser, and keep a record by creating their own Arts Award portfolio. Their portfolio might be a folder, sketchbook, video diary or a website – it’s up to them.
