Join a singing class or a choir and discover your inner voice because singing is actually good for you.
Stephen Clift, Professor of health education at Canterbury Christ Church University, says:
"Singing together is a positive collaborative social activity which raises the spirits and helps to energise the body. Singing can be particularly good for people with existing health problems, such as depression and anxiety".
When people sing at the top of their voices they release endorphins - feel good hormones - that make you feel great.
Of course, this is something that WOAPA Singers know already!!
Join us - Wednesday evenings, 7.30 - 9pm, Witney
