All tutors and staff at WOAPA have full enhanced DBS clearance.
There is always someone in attendance who is trained in First-Aid.
Lauren Berry - Dance Tutor

Lauren also coaches teams of cheerleaders which often win awards in Gloucestershire's Cheerleading competitions.
Kieran Donnelly - Drama Tutor
[Saturday AM & PM schools]
Kieran trained at the Oxford School of Drama and then graduated with a BA(Hons) in Acting from the Birmingham School of Acting. His particular strength is in developing ways to make even some of the most complicated aspects of acting understandable and achievable for children of all ages. As well as modern theatre, he has been teaching Shakespeare and Stanislavski techniques to students at WOAPA since its launch in 2012.
Kieran is currently in rehearsals for A Winter's Tale (Oxford 2017). He recently appeared in Romeo & Juliet (Oxford 2016/17). Other theatre credits include playing Henry IV in Richard III (London 2016), Petruchio in The Taming Of The Shrew and Caliban in The Tempest (Oxford, July 2016) and The Ghost of Christmas Present in A Christmas Carol (Oxford 2015).
Previous performances include Jack in The Importance of Being Ernest and Dromio in Comedy of Errors (2015 Oxford). He also features in G.O.D Tech, a film released in 2014. Kieran’s other credits include Marc Antony in Julius Caesar (2014 Oxford) Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing (2013 & 2012 Stratford & Oxford), Scrooge in A Christmas Carol, Aslan in The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe and Abraham Van Helsing in Bram Stoker's Dracula.
Kieran is also a writer and director, and has produced his own online film series.
Kieran teaches Shakespeare as TIE and has taught drama as a workshop leader, not only in this country, but also in Moscow, Russia, where he used his skills as a drama tutor to teach English as a foreign language. He co-founded the local 'Don't Hate the Players Theatre Company', who's aim is to provide professional performing opportunities to Oxford-based actors and performers.
Siân Millett - Singing Tutor

Siân began her vocal training at the junior department of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and continued her studies at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate level at the Royal Northern College of Music where she won several awards and appeared in numerous performances from recitals through to opera.
Since graduating, Siân has been a regular performer in musical theatre, recitals, operas, oratorios and gala performances throughout the UK and Europe including the title role in Carmen and Carrie in Carousel (Oxford Playhouse) and Pitti-Sing (Mikado) and Edith (Pirates of Penzance). Siân has a great deal of teaching experience from musical theatre through to classical, opera and even punk as well as having experience of teaching drama and flute.

William trained at The Bridge Theatre Training Company and the International School of the Comic Actor, and has since appeared in performances ranging from Shakespeare to Musical Theatre & Children’s Theatre.
In addition to acting, William has directed and taught children of all ages on a range of projects including comedy, puppetry and mask-work.
William recently appeared in the Camden Fringe festival with his own production: 'Kunst' (August 2016) and has also written plays for Children’s Theatre - the most recent production being "Vile Violet and the Child Pirates".
He writes and appears in his own one-man shows … and he plays the Ukulele too!
William has worked extensively with young children and people with Special Educational Needs & Learning Disabilities, which is why we are delighted he is part of the team as our 'Young Performers' and “WOAPA Too!” Tutor.
Maria Ciscar Vidal
Young Performers & WOAPA Too!
Maria is currently studying Early Childhood Studies in Oxford, having previously studied Early Years and Primary Education Teaching in her home country: Spain.
She has also studied Musical Theatre, Singing and Saxophone and has taken part in several Musical Theatre productions, concerts and recording.
Maria’s aim is to become a singer and performing arts professional as well as a teaching practitioner.

Edd has attended Performing Arts classes for 10 years, the past 5 years at WOAPA, and has gained a Bronze Arts Award with us.
Edd has appeared professionally in the national tours of 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang' and in the Children's Choir for 'Joseph And The Amazing Techni-color Dreamcoat'. He also created the the role of Mary Kelly’s son, 'Jackie', in the professional showcase production of ‘Jack - The Musical’.
Edd has also appeared as Michael in 'Billy Elliot', Gaston in 'Beauty & The Beast', Fagin in 'Oliver!' and in a music video by the musician 'Amani' (which is yet to be released).
Edd recently performed at Oxford Playhouse in 'Hot Mikado' (May 2017) in the role of Nanki-Poo. He is currently in rehearsals for 2018 performances of 'West Side Story' (in the role of Riff) and 'Bugsy Malone' (in the role of Fat Sam).
Edd is currently studying Drama, English and French at A - Level.

Ella is an ex WOAPA student and while she was with us, she appeared in a music video as well as many external WOAPA events.
Currently studying Psychology, Photography and Product Design at A-Level, Ella plans to continue her studies to become a Marine Photographer, Graphic Designer and Wedding Photographer.
Ella has been a keen horse-rider for over 10 years and achieved several badges while being a member of The Pony Club.
Ella continues to attend adult dance sessions locally and is delighted to be back at WOAPA as a Tutor Assistant.
